MAINTENANCE MECHANIC | MECHATRONICS ENGINEER (M/F/D)

As a maintenance mechanic, you are responsible for the interval-based maintenance, inspection and repair of machines and systems. To prevent possible failures, you independently carry out preventive measures. When problems occur, you analyze them, identify the causes and find solutions.

Your responsible activity will ensure that the productivity, efficiency and safety of the work processes at our production sites in Wilkau-Haßlau as well as Neumark are given.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • completed vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic or industrial electrician – operating technology or similar occupations.
  • professional experience in the field of maintenance and repair of machines and plants in the manufacturing industry desirable

As production manager, you will assume a leading position in our company. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the management and organization of our welding manufacturing department.

As a production manager, you will assume responsibility for personnel management and development in your area. In this position you will be responsible for the precise operation and programming of our CNC machining centre, especially in the area of drilling, threading and performing milling work. Your tasks include setting up the CNC machines, creating programmes and carrying out tool changes.

You monitor the machining process, check the quality of the manufactured parts and make adjustments if necessary. In doing so, you attach great importance to precision and accuracy.

DURATION 3,5 YEARS

As an apprentice construction mechanic, you will learn how to manufacture steel structures according to technical drawings. You will work with different materials and process them professionally.
