FLAME CUTTING

We have 4 oxyfuel CNC flame cutting machines, each with several torch units and, among other things, with an endlessly rotating chamfer unit for the production of chamfers on contour parts or on internal contours and for weld seam preparation. In addition, we have 1 plasma and 1 laser cutting machine with a 360° bevel head.

HEAT TREATMENT

Low stress heat treatment.
This process is used to equalise the stresses in workpieces that have been caused by uneven heating, welding or machining. The temperature for stress relief annealing is between 550-650°C.

Normal heat treatment (normalising).
In this process, uneven or coarse-grained structures are brought into the normal, i.e. uniform and fine-grained state. For this purpose, the workpieces are slowly brought to temperature so that the structure transforms into austenite and the cementite dissolves. During cooling, the austenite transforms into a fine-grained pearlite structure. The temperature during normalising is between 800-950°C.

Other processes according to freely programmable temperature-time curves (e.g. soft annealing, intermediate annealing, etc.)

We have 7 freely programmable bogie hearth furnaces. The dimensions are:

MATERIAL STOCK IN DIFFERENT GRADES AT TWO LOCATIONS

We have an extensive, freely available material stock of over 4,000 tons at our locations in Wilkau-Haßlau and Neumark. This includes the grades S355 and S235, as well as the special grades 16MnCr5, 42CrMo4, C45 and S690QL. We will be pleased to advise you on the availability of other selected grades on request.

Our company has an internal transport and logistics service, which gives us excellent flexibility in processing your orders. With our own tractor-trailer we are able to carry out your projects from product manufacture to delivery on time and reliably.
