WELDING ENGINEER (M/F/D)
FOR THE LOCATIONS WILKAU-HAßLAU & NEUMARK
As a welding engineer, you are responsible for ensuring quality and the professional execution of welding work. You will monitor and optimize welding processes, create welding procedure specifications (WPS) and document compliance with norms and quality standards (e.g. ISO 3834, EN 1090). You will also train our welders, monitor their tests and support projects from consultation and planning through to completion.
Your responsible work ensures that the development and quality of the welding processes at our production sites in Wilkau-Haßlau and Neumark are guaranteed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, materials technology or a comparable qualification
- Additional training as a welding engineer (SFI) in accordance with the IIW/EWF guideline desirable
- Sound knowledge of common welding processes (MAG/MIG, TIG)
- Professional experience in dealing with welding technologies, ideally in a certified welding company
- Confident handling of standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 3834, EN 1090)
- High level of problem-solving skills and decision-making ability

As production manager, you will assume a leading position in our company. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the management and organization of our welding manufacturing department.

As a production manager, you will assume responsibility for personnel management and development in your area. DURATION 3,5 YEARS
As an apprentice construction mechanic, you will learn how to manufacture steel structures according to technical drawings. You will work with different materials and process them professionally.
